Managing this market is a act of faith, and has been so much fun build family between the customers, local residents, and now my little staff. There are four young ladies assisting me at the market. They are simply phenomenal! At the beginning it was really important for me that they valued the market and did not just take it as job. We set time aside to talk about career goals and social responsibility before we started the market the first two weeks. Now, by the third they have completely absorb my passion and intention for the market. 

We have formed a great sisterhood. They completely took ownership of the market, started an Instagram page, encouraged their family to purchase bag. They remind me why, I love working with teens - they take your instructions and run, nothing is impossible.
