Harvesting Workshop: Sunflower Seeds

1. Brush of pollen. 
2. Pluck out sunflower seeds, before the squirrels come. 
3. Don't eat all of your harvest. 
4. Brine sunflower seeds in salt water over night. 
5. Roast and enjoy.
