ANAHERA MOON GIRL: DIY WORM BIN

I am always looking for ideas for composting especially since my indoor composting didn't go to well. For about 2 months, I had a bin hidden in my kitchen unbestknow to my lovely family. Things were going really well, I kept adding my "greens": food scraps and the "brown"paper towels etc. every two weeks. Then, somewhere in the middle of August, I became very busy and I forgot to turn my little barrel. I didn't aire it out for a while, until my dad began to smell a gas.

Needless to say I tried to aire it out over night, but my sister overheard my neighbors complaining. So, in the heat of the night at 11 PM, under protest I had to throw it out.

(A pause of silence)

Three tips so you don't make the same mistake:
First I know what I did wrong, I should have drilled holes for ventalation or aired it out more often.
Secondly, the week, I included eggs, the smell came.
Thirdly, Also, if I added worms, the process would have been faster.
