Chicken Noodle Soup around the world.
Pre-MLK weekend in the snowstorm we hunkered in ate Chicken Noodle Soup. We had such a large pot of chicken soup, so we got creative by the 2 second day in how we would cook it. It all started with my memory of Tyrone Tei Ron....and then my sister added yucca AND it went worldwide. I suppose if you ask her she will say it started when I added the egg.
We made a Chicken Noodle soup meets Mondongo soup, by adding yucca and potatoes. Later on in the week I gave it a mexican flavor and added cilantro and black beans.
