Quarantined Foodie Adventures II: Collard Greens

If you ask any American to name a southern Black vegetable dish, changes are collard greens will be #1. When Karen Washington donated a tray of collards greens to the garden, I knew I loved them. 

I didn't know how to cook them. I also didn't know they would grow into the winter. 

They are a great crop, they don't require staking or trimming down.
