Eating fruit or vegetables gives us a boost in energy and leaves us feeling very good. Many people go on diets spontaneously to loose weight or to address some diet - related disease. Only to ended it as fast and as random as it began.
When we eat fruits and vegetables we can not expect them to fill us up as much as rice and beans. While eating raw foods do give us a boost of energy and restores balance to our bodies... it does not provide stamina. To eat fruits and vegetables as a main course we must eat double the serving in comparising to carbohdrates.
