Connected beyond dumplings
Joyce and I went out eat in Chinatown. It wasn't until the waiter came to clear our table that we all deiced to take a picture. The food was great, but our conversation really allowed me to see how urban planning, environmental policy and wealth intersect. Our conversation shifted from Asian cuisine, the Asian diaspora to the environment. In the center are a couple from Texas, the couple on the left is from Hawaii. We were discussing the recent phenomenons and how they transformed the communities where we lived.
