New Crotona Coalition over the summer held 3 workshops examining the role of Urban Planning in the Bronx. The amazing, phenomenal Mary Daily brought out a power workshop about Good Development for New Crotona. During our lunch break, she and I went looked over the maps again and exploring which neighborhoods rebounded after the disinvestment of the 80s and 90s like Throggs Neck or Soundview, which neighborhoods are still struggling like the Mott Haven and which neighborhoods maintained their status like Riverdale.
