Background history in response to February ZoomCook

It's helpful to put history in context.
- By Summer of 2021, Pepsi andQuaker Oats will have removed the Aunt Jemima brand in the wake of social unrest.- Pearl Milling was the original name of the company in 1888, before they changed it to Aunt Jemima in 1889. Right at the beginning of the reconstruction period.
- Nancy Green portrayed Aunt Jemima at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago, one of the first Black corporate models in the United States.
- Activists pushed Quaker Oats in the 1970s to have the name removed.
Fact Check the above comments to develop a deeper understanding why Aunt Jemima is problematic: Anut Jemima is not a Black role model
