Outdoor dining Ends on Tremont Ave

718 Bar & Lounge on Tremont Ave. opened briefly durning the Fall of 2020. Due to COVID, NYC relaxed sidewalk cafe permit regulations to jumpstart the economic. I think this reveal some key areas that should have been permitted earlier on. However... Tremont ave is not one of them. I was so surprised to see folks bodly eating, vaping and drinking along Tremont ave. Tremont is such a busy commercial cooridor, I personally don't like the vibe of eating on the street as cars, school buses, MTA double deckers, garbage trucks, rush past. Well.... NY cold soon put to an end to the awkwardness or was it the state of the economy?
