Snowday: Don't know where you live but in the South Bronx... streets were plowed

Remember that snow day we had in late January on a Tuesday - when they closed businesses early on Monday. All for 6-9 inches of snow - Remember the blizzard that never was?

Honestly, I don't remember how many inches they said it was going to snow. I just remember having the day off. I also remember that there wasn't a blizzard. At least not where any of my family or I stay. The children in my neighborhood decided to be proactive in every park I passed children where outside.

Is a snowday a blessing or  a handicap?
