Healthy Selfie

Many stress the physical benefits that come from minutes of outdoor activity; however the emotional benefits of enjoying a walk on a trail or spending time sitting in a park are plentiful. Increase access to nature reduces stress, depression and anxiety.  While outdoors in Virginia 
I felt a sense of peace, wonder yet security. Having an opportunity to get a way from hustle and bustle or the lack there of felt really errie. However, it definitely felt peaceful just watching animals and admire plants.
