Open Grill... -Neighborhood Engagement Day 2018

Our goal of the day was food, friendship and fellowship. Community Board 6 bolstered our free open grill with a donation of 5 cases of water.  Every year so far, everyone enjoys free hamburgers, hot dogs and cold water. I was immensely grateful for A/D Israel who cooked for for the fundraiser and help man the grill. Because of his help, the day really was filled with good vibes, which was needed for sure down at the grill. The line was constantly steady with request for more food and great heat!)
