Take the stairs

Most if not all buildings that have elevators, there is access to the stairs. Some buildings direct audiences towards the elevators for security purposes but in buildings that have accessible stairs, you could use them. Sometimes people look at me and say how do you keep so healthy. I think sometimes we just inherit lazy negative behaviors that weakens our bodies. If we get into the practice of taking the stairs more often, we would build our stamina.

If you really wanted to burn calories, lose weight, exercise your heart, lungs... just in get shape. There is always the stairs.
