How to report a damaged tree:

- When promoted, say: I would like to report a damaged tree.
Now you may continue with an automated voice, or you maybe graced to speak with a live operator after several minutes on hold. Either way, one should have the address, a statement about the condition of the tree and be ready to receive a service request number. If you are reporting the damage of a new tree -apart of the million tree project, mostly likely the representative determines that its the responsibility of the city. Either way the report will be submitted to the Parks Department, who will take 5 days to investigate the situation.
*I choose to use the word "report" instead of "compliant" because even though it is a compliant, I am reporting a situation not .... whiny about something trivial. I don't know I just don't like the word compliant in this situation.
