Ayon's Pumpkin Pie

Ayon's Pumpkin Pie: 

Makes Two pies
Baking time approx:1 hour

2 Frozen Pie crust
A dash of salt
1/2 of an Aladdin' Pumpkin: 3 cups?
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 cup of flour
2 Eggs
1 can of Condense milk
(we also added in a cup of  water which I will omit next time.. perhaps that's why we made two pies)


Skin: Peel pumpkin with potato peeler or you can boil and peel skin later

Chop pumpkin into palm size pieces and boil with a dash of salt.  Let it boil until tender. (In the mean time, prep pie crust and roast pumpkin seeds.)

Bake pie crust for 15 minutes until lightly brown. Remove pie crust.
 
Once the pumpkin is done, youth can puree pumpkin.

Place pumpkin puree into a large mixing bowl, Stir in spices and flour. Next, add the eggs and milk. Blend until smooth.

Add pumpkin mixture to baked pie crust. Set the temperature to 350°F; bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired.
